Welcome to SUP Survival: Pirates, Islands & Treasure ("the Game"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you play SUP Survival on iOS and iPadOS devices.

1. Information We Process & How It Is Used

Local Game Progress (On-Device): Your wave progression (Waves 1–50), unlocked riders, pearl balance, ammo count, Guardian Combat Drone status, multiplayer XP/level, audio/haptics settings, and selected language are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage.
In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit 2): When you purchase consumable Pearl Packs (such as the 600 Pearls Pack), unlock the non-consumable Guardian Combat Drone, or use "Restore Purchases", all payment processing is handled securely and directly by Apple via the App Store. We never receive, view, or store your credit card or billing details.
Real-Time Multiplayer Arena (Google Firebase Realtime Database): When you join a 3-minute Multiplayer Arena match (Blue vs. Red), temporary match data—consisting solely of an anonymous rider tag (e.g., RIDER#1234), paddleboard coordinates, team score, and match kills—is synchronized via Firebase Realtime Database. No account registration, real name, email address, phone number, or chat messages are collected.
Optional Rewarded Video Ads (Google AdMob): The Game offers optional user-initiated rewarded video advertisements (for example, watching an ad to earn +100 Pearls, +125 Bullets, double wave pearls, or revive). Google AdMob may process device identifiers (subject to your iOS privacy settings), coarse location (country/region), and ad interaction metrics to serve and measure rewarded ads.
Gameplay Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): We use Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable gameplay telemetry (such as wave starts, wave completions, mode selection, and shop usage) to balance wave difficulty and improve app stability.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game requires no account creation or personal profile input, and optional rewarded ads and analytics operate in compliance with applicable platform privacy guidelines.

4. Data Retention, Deletion & Contact
